We do not do exchanges
All unworn, tags on and unaltered items may be returned within 15 days of the original purchase date.
Items must be free of body odor and perfume. If the merchandise does not meet these requirements, a refund will not be permitted and items will be returned to sender.

Allow up to 5-10 business days for your return to be processed on your original method of payment once your package arrives at our warehouse
*If the item is listed as a final sale at the time of purchase, it will not be eligible for a return.

Once returned items are received, your return will be processed within 5-10 business days. If returned merchandise is deemed to be in returnable condition, your refund will be issued in the method that you paid equal to the price of the returned item(s) minus shipping costs. Shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive the funds from the refund in your account approximately 5-10 business days after the date on which
the refund was initiated depending on your personal bank.
Claims for damaged or faulty items must be reported within 5 business days of the date of delivery to ensure proper credit. Please email a picture of the damaged or faulty items to firstname.lastname@example.org. Only damaged items will receive a return label.
