  • How do I exchange or return a purchase? Please follow the instructions found on
    our Return & Exchange Policy link. 

  • How long does it take for me to receive a refund from a return?  You will receive the
    funds from the refund in your account approximately 5–10 business days after the date on which the item is returned. (This is an aspect of how the banking system works.) 

  • Do you have a physical retail store?  Not Yet! We are currently open to the public in the United States online only.

  • How long does shipping take? Typically, it takes 2-3 business days to be shipped and
    orders take 5-7 business days to arrive at your door! The Black Friday rush, post office holidays + other sales may delay this process as we do our best to fulfill all your orders as quickly as we humanly can!  Our orders are shipped Priority mail depending on

  • Does HER KLASS MODEST APPAREL ship internationally? No, unfortunately, Her Klass Modest Apparel, LLC. Only caters to the United States in America until further notice.

  • Can I cancel or change my order?  Please reach out to us within 24 hours of your
    purchase or as soon as possible! In an effort to get your order to you quickly, we are
    usually not able to cancel or change any orders. Once we receive an order, it is
    processed and already in progress.    

  • I received a damaged item or faulty item, what should I do?  Claims for damaged or
    faulty items must be reported within 5 days of receiving your items to ensure proper
    credit.  Please email a picture of the damaged or faulty items along with your order
    number to and our customer service representative will assist
    you further!
